Chic cocktail hat -
The base is covered with a lovely beige and brown sprig print cotton adorned with beautiful vintage lace flowers attatched to the top of the cocktail hat. It fastens to the hair by a small metal comb which is wrapped in satin ribbon. It has a lovely latte silk dupion lining.
