I was told a long time ago that legend tells, if a person folds a thousand cranes they shall be granted their heart's greatest wish. This started me off on my origami adventure. I'm always folding cranes and when sitting in my mother's jewellery studio one day I strung a crane onto a piece of wire and tied a few pearls and crystals to the end to hang up and leave as a suprise. I was quite pleased with the effect and started experimenting. I soon came up with the idea of the crane carrying a message on a little card and so the messenger crane was born! Since then I've been hunting for the nicest most lovely papers and gems where ever I travel to.

Full description
A beautiful little origami crane, folded from very fine quality paper which has been screen printed by hand in a traditional Japanese process. This crane carries a tiny card with just enough room for you to write a little note for your lucky recipient. A greetings card that doubles as a lovely decoration to bring good luck! Hanging from a thread with a tiny crystal at the top for extra decoration.
The crane is only little at just about 6-7 cm
Each little crane comes with a handmade pouchette envelope to safely deliver it in.
Colours of the envelope will vary (all of the rainbow) so please feel free to specify when you purchase if there's a particular colour you want.
Message on the card will be 'Just to say...' Please choose from the options below if you would prefer a different greeting, if you want something else please ask and I'll see what I can do.
