Full description
A set of four heart shaped gift tags die cut from quality linen paper. Decorated with a smaller heart cut from hand made paper with matching leaves. A matching heart underneath with to and from hand written. Finished off with co-ordinating ribbon and a peel off to make it east to attach to gift.
Size 6cm x 7cm
