This Neon Happy Birthday card is perfect for anyone with a happy disposition! The text is cut out by hand and layered over the card for a gorgeous contrast of white, green and blue.
Each card measures approx 125 x 125mm and comes with a plain white envelope ready for you to send off and make someones day.
