Now, this is something really special. Forget overpriced cardboard calendars with cheap chocolate inside, this advent calendar is versatile, and designed to last and be reused by your children, and their children after them, if taken care of. A real heirloom to be treasured for years to come.
A traditional 12-pocket advent, in line with the 12 days of Christmas, designed after the titular song and it's memorable line And a partridge in a pear tree, this is quirky and unique, while still being instantly recognisable as a festive item.
A patchwork pear tree sewn with 12 buttons, over 12 pockets large enough to hold a nice token gift, some sweets or the included decorations. 12 completely handsewn decorations comprising of 11 pears and 1 partridge, beaded and numbered on the back. Fill the pockets with gifts and hang the decorations, numbered side up, on the pockets to direct children to their daily prize, then hang each decoration with the picture side up, on the tree, as the days go by.
This advent calendar is made to order. Colours will be the same, and fabrics used will be similar, but may differ depending on availability. Please allow 14 days for me to create and post your advent. As these are made to order, latest date to buy these and receive them by 1st December is 15th November.
