Made to order in 8 to 10 weeks.
This large, hand thrown, fruit bowl is glazed with a beautiful warm white stony matt glaze which feels like a smooth pebble to the touch.
The clay I use has a speckle in it that burns through into the glaze when the piece is fired which gives the glaze depth and texture.
Inside the bowl at the bottom is a gentle swirl showing where my fingers have moved across the bowl during the process of throwing.
My unique potters mark, which is listed in the recent edition of British Studio Potters' Marks used by collectors and auction houses, is stamped on the foot of the bowl.
The bowl will make a lovely, simple centre piece on any table and is perfect for families and fruit lovers alike as it holds a mountain of fruit.
The glaze is made from my very own unique recipe and is food safe.
This bowl is dishwasher proof.
The size is approximately 31 cm wide by 9 cm high
