Recycled vinyl record and repurposed teal plastic necklace - free shipping
This recycled record vinyl necklace is created from the void created by die cutting flowers when the vinyl is heated.
Once it is cooling, the vinyl can be formed into interesting shapes and when totally cold, it is extremely hard wearing and sturdy.
You can still see the grooves of the original record going across the outline of the blossoms, so it has music, history and soul.
The flowers measure approx 2.25 inches across and the background petals are made from die cutting flower shaped from a repurposed teal/turquoise plastic bottle.
The whole necklace is 18 inches long and is fastened with a lobster clasp. Please let me know if you would like the chain to be a different length. The jump rings are made from a recycled wire bound notebook. Waste not, want not.
