A lovely handpainted personalised baby blue country wooden heart shape plaque or tag. This tag is made from birch plywood it has a blue and ivory bunny embellishment and is personalised with handpainted baby's name. The tag has an east of india blue and ivory gingham ribbon and a pretty gingham button.
These are gorgeous tags, you will not be dissapointed.
