Designed initially for my granddaughter who loves Thomas and all his friends (I had already made her a train !).

Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
It is a bus, a coach, Bertie, from the Thomas the Tank series.
It has passengers in the form of little silvery cat beads.
I designed this for my granddaughter and have now added it to my catalogue.
Really pleased with this (and so is Izzy). .
It is made with gorgeous shades of textured bright red glass, and has raindrop patterned clear glass for the window. It has a mauve line down the side and the black wheels are made from glass nuggets.
This will make an absolutely lovely present especially for a child. Hanging in the window its colour catches the light and it would make a super ornament for any room.
Please note though that this is made of glass and is delicate and is an ornament not a toy.
The suncatcher hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top of the bus at either side.
This item is totally individual. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
I can make this in other colour combinations.
