ORIGINAL lino print - 'Pied Wagtail'
This is an original lino cut print (limited edition of 30). Printed from two hand-cut lino plates in black and grey oil-based but water washable inks onto good quality printing paper. The printed area is approximately 19x20cm in diameter and it is supplied in a mount to fit a 30x30cm frame. These items are hand-printed and so vary slightly depending on ink density, character of the paper, pressure of the press and the way the wind blows (ok, maybe not the last bit).
To keep postage low I am offering this print without a frame or mount. If however you would like it mounted please do get in touch.
This print will be carefully packed, re-using materials where possible and posted First Class Signed For for UK destinations. Overseas buyers, the quoted fee is for a standard service.
Please note copyright remains with the artist, Alison Deegan 2012.
We spied this little wagtail bobbing along the river in the pretty little town of Beddgelert near Snowdon. He seemed to dance from rock to rock in time to the wind chimes hanging outside a nearby shop. It was raining but my son was enjoying his ice cream so we stood and watched a while.
