Back in March this year, I was contact by a lovely lady called Rachael whose family nickname is "The Turnips"! Rachael liked my previous prints, and wanted a print based on The Enormous Turnip. Her family have always seen it as "their" story, so I was happy to create something so personal for them. I hope you like it, too.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
The Enormous Turnip is a three-colour A2 (42cm x 59.4cm) unmounted and unframed screenprint. The print is shown here mounted in a standard 50cm x 70cm frame with the inner mount, and therefore visible print size, measuring 39cm x 49cm.
This print shows the little mouse from Tolstoy's story as a victorious circus strongman. I've intentionally made the print look old and worn, as if it really might have been printed for a long-forgotten circus act.
This print will be posted in a strong poster tube. Every print is stamped, numbered, signed and dated on the front bottom left corner, and is from an edition of only 20 prints.
Please note, due to the nature and beauty of screenprinting, each print will vary slightly from the photographs shown.
