All of the products are created by our small family team in our Kent studio from Chiara's original illustrations.
I aim to dispatch your order within in 1-2 working days. All items are sent within the Uk via Royal Mail 2nd class post.
International items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail delivery. Deliveries to Europe can take 3-5 working days and the rest of the world 5-7 working days. Any delays due to the postal system are out of my control.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This flamingo acrylic pendant measures 4.cms high and 2.5cms at the widest point and is 3mm thick. My unique illustration is digitally printed onto the white plastic meaning it won't scratch or wear off. The pendant is hung on a 20" Hot Pink coloured ball chain, the chain is secured with a standard lobster clasp.
Each necklace comes presented on a personalised Hoobynoo World postcard with the characters unique profile on the back. The necklace is then lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and decorated with a rainbow coloured ribbon before being posted to you.

Florence is a rather unusual flamingo, mainly because she doesn’t like wading.
Florence will do practically anything to avoid being partly submerged in water, and has even built a small raft so that she can float down the rivers and attempt to catch the fish in passing.
