Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

What do I do?....
1 - Purchase the design you want in the usual manner
2 - Message me your email address you'd like the file sent to
3 - I will then send you a PDF A4 document for you to print from, either on your home printer or through your local print shop. You are entitled to print as many as you like for your personal use only. I advise you use high quality printer paper for the image to appear sharper.

We also offer a service where we can make the product up for you & can also supply you with bags & further party ideas & products. Please email for further info on pricing etc. At least six weeks notice is required for this service.
PLEASE NOTE: You are purchasing a DIGITAL PDF file. NO printed or physical product will be posted to you. You will receive the files for this order via EMAIL only.
