21st birthday ceramic love heart keepsake gift or card
This is a ceramic heart embossed with the words on your 21st.
These hearts are all handmade in my tiny pottery and can be used instead of a card or a gift tag and they'll last forever!
Each heart has a hanging ribbon and bow and these can be personalised with names and special messages. All I need are the details and a couple of weeks notice.
