Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This is a really good size box with a lift off lid for storing those precious Wedding treasures in.
Size of the box is 360mm x 260mm x 110mm
Bride and Groom stand in pride of place!
You can have whatever personalisation details that you want on the personalisation plate, names, date of Wedding etc.
There is an organza ribbon tied around the base and finished with a stunning bow. This can be in the colour of your choice to match in with Weddind colours or the Brides's favourite colour!
The Swarovski Crystals on the corners of the personalisation plate will be mateched in with your colour choice.
This will arrive wrapped in cellophane, ready to give as a gift or to use if you are the Bride & Groom!
A matching, personalised card is available at a cost of £2.95. Please let me know if you would like one made for you.
