I'd already designed a single tier birthday cake and thought about applying the same idea with 3 tiers stacked up on top of each other. Drawing the bride and groom design at the top was my biggest challenge - I'm not a natural artist - but I'm very happy with the result.

Full description
The cake design was drawn by myself (with the help of my trusty computer) and is printed onto smooth white quality paper. The entire design is cut and folded by hand. The outer layer is white card printed with a border and greeting. The border has been embellished by hand with gold holographic glitter.
The card is A6 in size (15 cm by 10.5 cm) when closed and is supplied with a white diamond flap envelope and protected in a cellophane pocket.
25 pence from the sale of this card will be donated to Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity (registration number 299679), of which I am a registered fundraiser.
Please note: This card is not intended for use as a toy and adult supervision is recommended if children wish to 'play' with it.
Customisation: If you would like an alternative greeting e.g. To Susan & Colin or a different coloured card, please contact me and this can be arranged at no extra charge. Please allow an extra couple of days to receive your card.
This card is coloured Pink & Cream but I can easily amend the colours of the cake so please contact me with your requirements.
