Bumble Bee Top, is a Hand Crocheted Girl's Strappy Top, in 100% Black and Yellow acrylic yarn, which is wonderfully baby soft.
Perfect for a Queen Bee!
Bumble Bee Top is a simple wide strap, camisole style top, crocheted in the contrasting yarns with two differing crochet styles, giving a ruched effect and finished with a little crocheted floral embelishment, that has a central black and gold button, sewn securely to the front of the base of the left shoulder strap.
This is a unique girls top, fully hand crocheted to my own unique design. The crochet, within the body of the top, is continuous, the contrasting colours swapping in the centre at the back, but left attached, so there is not a series of knots in the garment, which could cause irritation.
This pretty top would fit a young lady of approx age 7 to 10, here modelled by my skinny minnie, almost 11 year old model, but I realise, that not all children are string beans like my model.
Suitable for vegans.
Approximate measurements: With the yarn relaxed: The length of the top when laid flat is approx 49cms from top of shoulder strap to base edge, the width of the top, when laid flat, is approx 30cms across, so 60cms when doubled. There is play and stretch in the yarn, so will expand from the relaxed yarn measurements.
As this lovely funky top is made from 100% acrylic yarn, it can be hand or machine washed at 40'C, but I would suggest shaping whilst damp and drying flat to retain its shape.
