Four pinback button badges.
Celebrating the wit and wisdom of one of England's favourite authors, Jane Austen, these pinback button badges add a touch of literary charm to your clothing or bag.
These elegant ladies in the best fashions of Regency England stand by quotes from The Divine Miss Austen's novels:
-- "One man's style must not be the rule of another" from "Emma".
-- "A large income is the best recipe for happiness" from "Mansfield Park".
-- "Husbands and wives generally understand when opposition will be vain" from "Persuasion".
-- "Nobody minds having what is too good for them" also from "Mansfield Park".
Each badge is 1 inch (2.54 cm) in diameter, and the set is mounted on card and presented in a clear cellophane bag. Items are packed in a padded envelope, and sent by first class Royal Mail. Postage charges are the same however many sets of badges you buy.
Original designs, handmade by me, Mike at Badge the Badger. It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a badge. For more badges, click "Badge the Badger" over on the right of this page.
