Within the illustration, I hope you'll notice some Glaswegian terminology for bad weather representing the wind and rain! 'Dreich', "Bucketin doon', Peltin' and 'Lashing' are but some of the typography you'll find : )

Full description

Signed, stamped, hand numbered, limited edition and mounted print of original illustration by Mark McPhelim.

As part of Glasgow's historic regeneration, we watched large, dominating multi-story flats take the place of the demolished tenements.

But - what we also remember was the wee, stubborn Glaswegian pub!

Against everything that was deemed new and progressive, the 'local' stood it's ground. The outcome was geometric, concrete monsters rising above but around a lasting memory and strong community base of the old Glasgow.

Illustration size: 22 x 32cm

Mounted size: 30 x 40cm

Pre-mounted within a sealed, transparent protective sleeve.

Your artwork will be shipped using Royal Mail Signed For
