Full description
A little needle case which would make a perfect Mother's Day present. Made using a lovely, colourful Vintage Liberty tana lawn fabric in shades of lilac, mauve, cerise and grey on a soft white background.
The plain fabric is beige linen and has been appliqued with a flower design and embellished with a vintage mother of pearl button. A fabric needles label has also been appliqued above the flower. The case has been lined with the Liberty fabric and has ties of purple edged lilac ribbon. The inner pages are made from matching lilac and purple felt. The case has also been lightly padded to give it a more substantial, yet soft feel.
The case measures approx 10cm x 8cm (4 x 3) when closed and approx 10cm x 16cm (4 x 6 1/4) when open.
