Inspired by the little tulip sprouts in my garden that are pushing their way up through the snow right now, with all the optimism of the year ahead.
This listing is for a padded iPad sleeve to protect your precious toy from bumps and scratches while you proudly take it everywhere you go. It will fit an iPad 1 or 2.
Featuring a grey and white pinstripe poly cotton fabric outer that reminds me of breezy seersucker on a summer's day. The lining is a soft duck egg blue cotton blend. Both materials have been upcycled from their former lives as a blouse and duvet cover. (All recycled materials are freshly washed and pressed before I construct the item.)
The piece fastens with a same fabric loop and a handmade glazed ceramic button that is imperfect and all the more beautiful for that reason. It's an unusual oval/square shape which I absolutely love. Your iPad will stay beautifully and securely housed in this cover.
The piece is finished with two felt tulips which have been neatly hand sewn to the cover for a really lovely organic finish.
So much love and attention to detail has gone into making this piece, I hope you enjoy using it as much as I did making it.
