Full description
I have handspun this wool, and it is ready to knit or crochet. It is 10 wpi, so approximate worsted weight. The skein is 95g and is approximately 144 yards (132m) in length.
I do not know the breed of sheep this fleece came from, but it has created a lovely soft yarn in the natural colour of the fleece. If you wished, you could dye this yarn - it takes the acid dyes brilliantly.
This ball is sufficient to knit either a pair of mittens or a hat.
The yarn is wound in a skein, but if you wish, I can wind it into a central pull ball - just let me know.
As it is pure wool, it must be handwashed only in lukewarm water.
