Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
I call it "9 of Hearts".
The inch wide ‘frame’ is made of gently textured clear glass. Inside this is a ‘picture’ containing 9 hearts in all 7 colours of the rainbow and 2 extra, a pink and a turquoise.
The glass of each heart as well as being different colours is also differently textured which gives the suncatcher lots of movement and life.
It looks super hanging in the window where the colours of the hearts change according to the direction and strength of the light shining on them.
The suncatcher hangs from a silvery chain which is securely attached to the corners at the top. It is 5 inches square.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
This will make a wonderful present at any time for someone you love.
Valentine Mother Anything with a heart is always a lovely present and this is unique and handmade with Love.
