I like to bring old things to life, to search for the forgotten materials around my home and give them a new purpose! This was my inspiration for using vintage books, to create something new from stories I love. I love the simplicity of the birds used in this card, although the shape is uniform from bird to bird, each one is unique as the surface of the paper is never the same.

Full description
This is a really beautiful card featuring two charming Love Birds, with a love heart. The birds have been cut out from card overlaid with tissue and vintage book pages to beautiful effect. They are perched on linen thread. The look is clean and modern but with a nod to vintage. The card would look beautiful framed and is certainly too nice to hide away after Valentine's Day.
It would also make a lovely Wedding card.
The card measures 5" x 5" and comes with a matching cream envelope.
