I wanted to make a pair of earrings that looked like a carefree whirl of silver. I was inspired by Walnut Whip chocolates that my dad used to buy as weekly treat when I was little!

Full description
I made these silver ear studs from hammered 1.1m wire and are part of the collection that includes the Whirly Drop Earrings and the Bangles with Whirls. The wire is curled using small pliers into whirls and then a .8m silver post is added. These are great everyday earrings and are light and comfortable to wear.
The diameter of the whirl is around 1cm and height 3/4cms.
Please note as each earring is handmade there may be a very slight variation to the pair you receive compared to the ones photographed - the beauty of buying handmade jewellery!
