I AM ALWAYS BEING INSPIRED BY MY COLLECTION OF FABRICS ACQUIRED (AND CONSTANTLY BEING ADDED TO ! ) OVER MANY YEARS, A BROAD RANGE OF TASTES FROM VINTAGE TO CONTEMPORARY AND A LONG TRADITION OF 'WOMEN WHO SEW' IN MY FAMILY. MY MOST PRIZED POSSESSION IS A PATCHWORK COVER HANDPIECED BY MY MOTHER WHICH BEGAN MY LOVE AFFAIR WITH ALL THINGS STITCHED. MY BACKGROUND IS IN TEXTILE FINE ART AND IT IS A LOVE OF PLAYING WITH COLOUR AND TEXTURES WHICH HAVE MOTIVATED ME TO CREATE THE ITEMS IN MY SHOP...ITS SUCH GOOD FUN TO DO ! I HOPE YOU ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS I.VE ENJOYED THEIR MAKING.

THIS IS A REALLY PRETTY EVENING OR EVERYDAY BAG MADE FROM LUXURIOUS GREY VELVET AND LINED WITH PINK AND BLACK ANTIQUE PURE SILK. THE STRAP HAS BEEN MADE FROM RECYCLED BLUE AND PINK GLASS BEADS CRAFTED BY A LOCAL MAKER. THE FINISHING TOUCH IS A CUTE BUTTON AND RIBBON FASTENING. THE INSIDE FEATURES THE SCARLET TWIST LABEL.
