This was my first ever pop-up card design!
My first pop-up crocodile card was made about 10 years ago as a 30th birthday for a work colleague!
Since then it's undergone a lot of changes to perfect it. Small but time consuming amendments such as ensuring that the teeth interlock on the croc's jaws.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is an action pop-up card, the crocodile's jaws open and shut as the card is opened and closed. It's a fun card for boys and girls of all ages.
The card is A6 in size (10.5 cm by 15 cm) when closed and is supplied with a white diamond flap envelope and protected in a cellophane pocket.
The outer layer is yellow card with a border and greeting printed in blue. The border has been embellished, by hand, with gold holographic glitter. The water pool is printed onto a white card inner layer. The crocodile head and jaws are printed onto paper and are cut, folded and assembled by hand.
25 pence from the sale of this card will be donated to Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity (registration number 299679), of which I am a registered fundraiser.
Please note: This card is not intended for use as a toy and adult supervision is recommended if children wish to 'play' with it.
Customisation: If you would like an alternative greeting e.g. Happy Birthday Dad, please contact me and this can be arranged at no extra charge. Please allow an extra couple of days to receive your card.
