Wool & Cashmere Combo. Hand Knitted & crocheted handbag, with double goldtone & bead strap, fold over closure with two lucite buttons.
This is a handmade handbag, made with two yarns, a 100% caramel coloured wool yarn & a smoky blue 100% cashmere yarn, the handbag has been both knitted and crocheted. The main body of the handbag has been knitted with a carried loop design, gradually moving diagonally along the handbag, then crocheted together, integrally with the blue cashmere side panels.
The strap has been made using two complimentary goldtone necklaces, one has three pale creamy coloured little gemstone bird beads, I think they may be green onyx, the second necklace has russet coloured beads & barrel shaped goldtone beads. Not sure what the russet beads are made of.
The two necklaces have barrel clasps and have been joined and then sewn into the sides of the handbag.
The handbag has been further fully lined with pure white acrylic material to make this handbag more useable and durable.
This is a unique handmade item, fully hand knitted, crocheted & hand stitched by myself, to my own unique design.
This handbag can be hand washed, but I would suggest drying flat to retain its shape.
The handbag is roughly rectangular in shape, measuring approx 18cms in height, excluding the handle & approx 26cms in width across the front of the flap over front, which is the widest point. The side panels give the handbag a depth of approx 6cms.
