I wanted to use some beautiful vintage keys with my clay work. First I made castings of the clay to see how they turned out and they looked so detailed I decided to cast them onto little hearts.

Full description
These little hearts are made from white clay and feature a casting of a tiny vintage key on the front. They have been coated with white glaze and the key has been hand painted with a deep coppery coloured glaze typical of the aged vintage key the clay was cast from. They have been threaded through two holes with pink satin ribbon ready to give as wedding favours. Alternatively you can hang them around the home or spruce up your gifts and packaging and use them as a gift label.
This listing is for one little heart measuring approximately 3cm across.
