The charm on this necklace is from my collection of shells that I like to find when on holiday. It forms the focal point of the necklace with it's star shape and I felt that the beautiful red agate would complement it perfectly - a one-off unique item of jewellery.

Silver Shell, Red Agate and Black Crystal Necklace
This elegant on-off piece is handmade from a fine silver shell charm hung in the centre of a red agate, black crystal and sterling silver bead necklace and is finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp. I make the shell charm myself from a mould made from shells that I love to collect. The charm has been oxidised and polished back to show off the natural shape of this shell. This, together with the beautiful warm colour of the oval red agate beads, create a stunning necklace for that special occasion. Would make a delightful Christmas gift.
