Initially inspired by the evil queen's magic mirror in the traditional fairy tale of Snow White, I invented Truth-Be-Told Mirrors to fill a faux advertisement gap within my Enchanted Times zine. When I realised it would be possible to make actual Truth-Be-Told branded mirrors, I was powerless to resist!

"Mirror, Mirror, on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?"
For the answer you would like to hear to this question, buy the Truth Be Told Pocket Mirror in 'White Liar', which offers a subtly tempered view of reality & will always reassure you of your beauty! The text on the reverse of the mirror reads:
"You are beautiful. You are clearly and by far the fairest in the land. How can you bear to tear yourself away from your own reflection?"

Mirrors measure 58mm diameter (approx. 2.25"), made from "top quality metal components and mirror glass". Each mirror is individually packaged in a biodegradable cello bag, with a Truth-Be-Told header printed on recycled cardstock. The design on the non-mirror side is adapted from a faux advertisement devised by TangleCrafts for the Enchanted Times journal, and incorporates a vintage/classic illustration by Arthur Rackham (c. 1909).
