Vintage lace has very intricate patterns and just looks fabulous impressed into wet clay.

Full description
These clay stars have been made from an off white stoneware clay and I have impressed a piece of beautiful vintage lace into the clay to create the pattern on the surface. They have been bisque fired and coated with a striking Ivory white glaze which has settled into the design of the lace. Each star has been threaded with red and white Bakers Twine to hang from Christmas trees or added to your seasonal displays this festive season.
This listing is for five stars each measuring approx 5cm each. All have been fired in my kiln to 1260c and are suitable for an outside decoration too.
