Golden Sparkle! Hand Knitted & Crocheted Handbag with pine coloured wooden handles and military style Goldtone esternal button closure.
This is a unique handmade item, fully hand knitted, crocheted and hand stitched by myself, to my own unique design.
The golden fleck yarn has an uderlying light cream gold shade, with metalic golden filiments. The handbag has been completely lined with 100% cream coloured cotton.
The handbag has a simple opening, with a crocheted band strap with secures to the single textured military style button. The opening is wide enough for hand access, but not too wide.
Should it be necessay, this handbag could be hand washable at 30 'C, I would suggest shaping whilst damp and drying flat to retain its shape.
The handbag is roughly triangular in shape, wider at the base and narrower under the lucite handles, including the arch shaped handles the bag measures approx 35cms in height and approx 37cms in width at the base of the handbag.
I thoroughly enjoy creating useful and unusual items with yarn. Knitting and crochet are so relaxing! I couldn't resist making a handbag with this yarn. This handbag would be a perfect handbag for someone with a love of anything quirky and unusual and is very practical.
