Full description
A knitting pattern for areally quick and easy to knit baby or toddler earflap hat.
The pom pom at the crown is detachable so you can choose which style you want on a day to day basis.
Young children will love the pom poms attached to the strings, but you can easily omit them if this hat is for a small baby.
It can be made for a boy or a girl.
You can choose to use either super chunky weight yarn or 3 strands of double knit yarn. It can be knit up in one evening.
It is knit on two needles.
The pattern gives instructions for three sizes of hat:
0-6months, 6 -12months, and 1 - 3 years.
Yarn: Any super chunky weight yarn or three strands of double knit workesd together
Tension: 8 - 9st and 12 rows to a 4" (10cm) square over stocking stitch
Needles: 10mm

There are tips on knitting with three strands of yarn.
I have worked for several years writing project instructions for UK craft magazines, including knitting patterns.
You may make hats to sell using the pattern, but you cannot sell the pattern itself.
