Made of cotton linen blend fabric with a small piece of upcycled Laura Ashley fabric and filled with rice and high quality dried lavender, when heated it can help you relax, and ease aches and pain.
This lavender and rice filled warm bag measures 4inchs by 7inchs.
Heating instructions:
To use, heat your bag in the microwave for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Or place the bag in a freezer safe baggie and pop it in the freezer for half an hour for a cold compress.
The rice remains warm or cold for roughly 20 minutes.
The rice smells toasty when heated and the lavender scent is incredibly soothing.
Please be careful heating your rice warm bag. Overheating the bag can lead to burns, so only heat for a minute or two.
