Turquoise Enamel Disc Earrings with Sterling Silver
Colourful handmade torch enamel disc earrings
Pretty drop earrings featuring 15mm handcut concave copper discs enamelled by torch with several layers of creamy ivory opaque enamel topped with turquoise transparent
The result is a bright shiny turquoise blue with ivory edges - the blue is actually more turquoise than it appears in the photos
The earrings are teamed with handmade sterling silver earwires and the backs of the discs are also enamelled in a smoky black
Perfect for adding a splash of colour to your ears!
Lightweight and easy to wear
Torch enamelling involves sifting enamel powder onto prepared metal and heating from beneath with a torch until the enamel powder fuses and becomes glossy and smooth
Various effects can be achieved and it is very addictive!
