Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
As per our emails, your scarf will be made in Donegal Luxury Aran Tweed wool in shade number 6.
The measurements are 9" wide and 80" long, so it can be worn in many different ways.
As discussed, please allow up to 3 and a half to 4 weeks for dispatch, after payment has cleared and I have received the wool after ordering. I will keep you updated of progress as promised.
