These noodle bowls were thrown on my pottery wheel using strong white stoneware clay.
While the clay was still damp I altered the shape and added a loop of clay to hold the spoons.
They would be perfect for those great big bowls of soup noodles like at Wagamama.
As with all hand made items, they are not absolutely identical, but are a very good pair.
The bowls measure 19cm x 17cm x 8.5cm high.
Weight 785gms-each.
And hold 900mls each.
I have finished them in a traditional nutty brown japanese tenmoku glaze with a contrasting glaze drizzled over one side giving an interesting reaction.
Available without the japanese spoons (which cost me £3 each) for £21.99. Just let me know before buying.
Dishwasher,microwave and oven safe.
Items will be well packed--I don't want them to get broken either!
I am happy to combine shipping and of course I will post to outside of the UK-contact me for prices.
Thanks for looking.
