INTERVIEW WITH LILAC HOOTERNINNIE:

So tell us something about yourself Lilac:

I'm a very teeny weeny HooterNinnie - at just 7cm from nose to bottom I'm small enough to fit in the palm of an adults hand!

HooterNinnies love herbs and chillies! We have to use our long snouts to help sniff out herbs from far away. I’ve been crocheted in the Japanese Amigurumi spiral style using two different yarns, a pale flecked aran for my face and two strands of lilac eyelash yarn for my body. I have black bead eyes, a black felt nose and I'm stuffed with polyfil. My knotted tail helps me remember where all the herbs and chillies are!

What brings you to Folksy?:

The Sock Gardeners don’t want us to live in The Sock Garden because we eat their herbs and chillies. So we’d like homes with people who don’t mind sharing their supplies please. Dried or fresh – we’re not fussy.

(not suitable for young children due to tiny bead eyes)
