Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
It is one of my smaller designs, in the form of a mini caravan. It is 8cm high and 9cm wide. The window is clear iridescent, textured glass and the door is also iridescent with the walls made of streaky white and clear glass. It has a turquoise blue roof, a bright blue stripe with matching blue nugget for a wheel.
The caravan hangs from a strong nylon thread securely attached to a wire ring on the top.
This is a pretty little thing and would make a lovely present especially for someone who caravans.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece even when making the same pattern.
This is the 5th I have made of this design and they have all been different.
The first photo are of this blue caravan for sale here. The 2nd and 3rd are of ones I have sold.
I can make it in other colours if you prefer, please just contact me. I also make bigger caravans including customised ones to match a particular caravan model. The 4th photo shows a Bessacarr 625GL I made to order.
