Inspired by the design on an ancient Egyptian make-up palette depicting Egyptian cow-headed Goddess Hathor.
Hathor is Goddess of love, music and beauty.
I have taken this ancient design and made it look up-to-date with bold lines and glossy colours.
This is a slip-cast (liquid clay poured into a mold, set and fired) ceramic decorative piece. Hand-painted with glazes and transparent glazed for shine and durability.
