This peapod is solid fine silver (999) , has 3 peas inside and has the addition of a hand detailed leaf on top to finish it off. It measures approx 1 1/4 inch (3 cms) in length and comes on a fine 16 inch sterling silver (925) chain.

A lovely chunky little beast, with a good weight to it. (hence a higher price than normal). (Please note that the body shot may not be this particular peapod but is shown to give an idea of how it looks hanging).

These gorgeous little pea pods are made in solid fine silver (.999) and are popular as representing members in a group / family, and being made of one material represent the solidity of the group.

They are available as follows:

Fine silver is a relatively new material that is composed of tiny recycled silver particles mixed with a binder that when fired fuses to become a solid piece of very pure silver (99.9%) as opposed to sterling which is generally mixed with copper and is only (92.5%). The result is a piece which is very pure, a little lighter and bright silver in colour. It also doesn't tarnish as easily.
