This dainty silver limpet shell pendant is cast in pure silver using a mould made from a seashell I collected from a Northumberland beach during a recent holiday. (Or it could be a barnacle shell - I'm a little hazy on the difference!). The sea shell is pure 999 solid silver, handcrafted from eco-friendly precious metal clay. It hangs from a dainty sterling silver chain (choose from different lengths). You can see the silver shell next to the original sea shell used to create the casting mould in the photographs. The necklace is oxidised using a jeweller's patina to highlight all the gorgeous details. DETAILS AND MEASUREMENTS: - Handmade to order and ready to ship in 3 to 5 working days. - Limpet shell is fine silver and measures 11mm (just under 1/2 inch) long and 9mm wide. - 925 sterling silver chain in choice of lengths. - Necklace will ship in a little Tiny Tree Frog gift box.
