Reject Bertie is made from coffee and cinnamon dyed Osnaburg, that has then been sanded back for a vintage finish.He's sporting a bow tie made from polka dot fabric which is stitched to a brooch bar and therefore you can borrow it to wear as a brooch. (Just ask him nicely).
He has black glass bead eyes and an embroidered nose.
Bertie measures 32cms from his toes to his ears and is 22cms when sitting.
But, poor Bertie is a reject as he had a hole in his bottom ,which i have now stitched up and he has a small mark on his face which refuses to budge (see photo) so he's not perfect,but still lovable.
Bertie is sold as a collectable and not suitable for children.(Normal price is £23)
