Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
It is a very pretty little butterfly made of lovely bright shades and textures of blue glass. The butterfly's head is a pretty bead and it has 2 wire loops as antennae on top of the head . It hangs from a little loop of nylon thread which is securely attached to the top of the head by a wire ring.

This would make a really nice present. For a birthday, easter, Mother's day . It looks really pretty all year round hanging in the window where it shines and catches the light.
It is 11 cms in diameter and one of my smaller range of butterflies hence its smaller price.
Please note that this is made of glass and is not a toy but an ornament.
The first photo is of the bright blue butterfly for sale here. The other 4 photos are of some I have made previously. I never make two items the same, I always use slightly different shades and types of glass to ensure uniqueness. Every thing I make is entirely hand-crafted.
