Full description

This pendant is actually made of clear glass, over the top of which I have a loose design of cream and amber glass using a 'peacocking' technique. This makes the drop appear amber yet allow lots of light and colours through from whatever it's next to. There are also some tiny tiny bubbles left in for added interest.

This would be ideal either as a very simple pendant or added to your own creations. The drop is a touch over 31mm high, and about 17.5mm at the widest point. The loop was formed while being made out of the same glass by pulling out a strand of hot glass and wrapping it around in a classic 'swan neck' style. I can put 1.5mm rod though it so should suit most types of cord or chain you might want to use.

Like all my glass it has been annealled in a digitally controlled kiln, (although it is still glass so bear that in mind - it will break if you use it as a squash ball!!!)
