This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
This is a brand new design I have made as part of a series of roses. It would make a lovely gift , for yourself, or someone you love.
It is a beautiful pink rose bud in the shape of a medallion with pretty clear textured glass surrounding the flower. This picks out the simplicity of the rose design and the lovely shades and textures of the pink and green glass. I have lightly framed it with twisted wire.
Hanging in the window it catches the light and it would make a lovely ornament for any room.
The suncatcher hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top of the suncatcher. It is 14 cm high and 10.5cm wide.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
The first 4 photos are of this Rose being the first I have made. The 5th shows this and the other 2 rose themed suncatchers I have just made.
I can make it in other colours, perhaps a red or a yellow rose bud might be good. Please just ask.
