Full description
One for the boys - This butch country style single patchwork quilt is made from 100% cotton fabrics. The squares of homespun woven checked and striped fabrics are arranged randomly with unbleached cotton fabric squares and strips.
Warm and cosy to the eye and to touch I've backed the quilt in plain dark blue cotton sheeting and quilted on the diagonal.
Measuring 155 cm (61'') by 135 cm (53'') this quilt is a good size for a single bed. Filled with 2oz polyester wadding this quilt is lightweight enough to be used on its own in the summer months or as an extra layer when the nights get chilly. This handsome devil also looks good thrown over a sofa.
As a busy mum of 2 under 5s I do a lot of washing and like things that can machine washed! This quilt can be washed on a 40 degree wash and lines dries very quickly. It can also be tumble dried.
