Comment: Buyer wasi informed of delay in custom made item and postage proved unreliable sadly for this item. I offer a level of service which I feel is personable and reliable but unfortunately did not meet the buyers high expectations.

Comment: Lovely items but unfortunately there was a long delay between ordering and the dresses arriving. Communication was non-existent unless I chased followed up. One of the dresses was promised for September 26 (in time for my daughters birthday) and I was told it was posted on September 25. Dress arrived two days late postmarked September 27.
