Comment: amazign customer service! the post office failed to heed the fragile tape used to wrap these and unfortunately one of the markers suffered an accident. cat was amazingly quick to reply to my message as to whether i could fix it and instead sent me a whole new set!!! far, far above and beyond what was neccesary- thank you so much...and mum loved her pressie! :o) x
